    Underfill resolution flow

    • New automated underfill notification email sent within 24 hours of a drop being cancelled.
    • Three resolution paths available in the portal: roll over to next drop, store credit, or full refund.
    • 7-day response window; automatic rollover if buyer does not respond.
    • Store credits are 12-month duration, non-transferable, auto-applied at checkout.

    • Every slot purchase now includes 2 AI design credits by default.
    • Premium front-slot purchases include 5 credits.

    Category exclusivity lock

    • Server-side enforcement of one-business-per-category-per-drop rule.
    • Checkout now blocks the purchase instead of surfacing the conflict after payment attempt.
