Pricing questions.

Who else is on the card?

One postcard carries 12 advertisers, 4 on the front and 8 on the address side, one business per category. Your trade is locked on that card, so a competitor can't buy a spot on it.

Which spot do I get?

You choose. A front spot is 5.28 by 2.97 inches, on the face with nothing else on it. A back spot is 2.48 by 3.10 inches, on the address side next to the delivery address and postage, and it costs less.

When does it mail, and when do I pay?

A shared card mails once 9 of 12 slots are taken. Until the zone reaches that, nothing is charged. If it never gets there you choose a rollover to the next drop, store credit, or a full refund.

What if no shared card covers my area?

Then mail a card of your own there. It doesn't wait for other businesses, so it mails within 3 weeks.

Should I buy my own postcard or a spot on a shared card?

Your own postcard gives you the whole front, and it mails within 3 weeks. A spot on a shared card costs less, but you share the card with other local trades, one business per trade, and it mails only once 9 of 12 spots are taken. If you need a date you can plan around, buy your own.

Is this a subscription?

No. Each mailing is one charge. Nothing renews and nothing bills monthly.

How do design credits work?

Every account gets 5 free designs every 30 days, rising to 10 once you have paid for a mailing. The allowance covers your whole account, not each card. After that you can top up with a bundle: 20 credits for $15 or 50 credits for $25.

Can I get a refund?

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your card is sent to the printer. There is no purchase-date deadline on that. A shared card waits until 9 of 12 slots are taken and a solo card is booked about 3 weeks out, and the cancellation stays open that whole time. Once the drop goes to print the order is final, because at that point the cards are being made. The full terms are on the Terms page.
